Waking up
I'm a bit of a night owl. Often getting to bed at 4 in the morning and getting up sometime in the afternoon.
By sheer chance I came accross this blog http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2005/05/how-to-become-an-early-riser/ which gives a nice solution to this sort of problem.
In essence, it suggests going to bed when tired - then getting up at the same time ever day. If you don't get enough sleep one night then you get enough the following night.
