Akashic Knowledge

The word Akashic comes from the old Sanskript language of ancient India. The word itself translates approximately as "hidden library".

Within each of us the past is stored at a subconscious level, within our own memories. Drawn from these memories is a sense of a life path and life themes. By entering a deep meditive state we can access these records of our own selves - doing so gives us our own entry into the Akashic records.

Some writers describe the Akashic as holding all knowledge - from the past, through to the future - a description also given to the "Hall of the Gods" in the shamanistic tradition.
